Oranges and lemons

Winter is the season that provides our kitchen with a bunch of oranges, AND the biggest yield of the year from the lemon tree. (and year round lemons for cocktails, of course, such a thoughtful tree.) So we have an abundance of citrus, and I decided this was the perfect time to try out some new recipes. I've had success with lemon curd, so I've decided to try my hand at candied peel and lemon cordial. Do you have any citrus favourites you'd like to share?
