Day One: Goal setting. What are your plans for today? (And/or this week? This month? This year?)
Goal setting for me has become a moment by moment thing. In an attempt to be mindful, I focus on 'now', on all we ever really have, and I try ever so hard to just be. To pull all of the garbage of life aside and just be. My goal is to function with ease, without my hangups and issues. To just be and be happy doing so. This is an expandable goal, once I have mastered a day, I can move on to a week, a month, a year. But baby steps, for now.
